Tia Amelia’s Arnica Liniment

My great grandmother made this as for my mom and my aunt, my Aunt made this for me as a child. Tia Amelia made this for me to help me with my knees that would ache and keep me up at night as a teenager. It was the only thing that would stop the joint pain that would keep me awake at night. 
Arnica is well known to help with aches and pains and even bruising. 
Now that I’m a knitter, I use this to help my hands when they need a break from knitting. It’s unscented so it leaves a light arnica scent behind once the tincture dissipates.
